All-Immersive & Inclusive Itinerary May 1 - 6, 2022
Nimmo Bay offers unmatched luxury amid nearly-untouched wilderness—the magic is tangible as soon as you arrive at the resort. This journey provides the perfect ingredients to head home feeling rejuvenated, nourished, centred, and inspired.
With your wellness guides, Sarah Gover and Bianca Lorage, you’ll spend 5 serene days cultivating newfound relationships with the wilderness and, ultimately, yourself.
Participate in daily movement and self-care workshops, which invite you to gain a deeper understanding of your body, and mind, and how to appreciate them (in case you’ve forgotten). Indulge in thoughtfully planned and locally-sourced chef-prepared meals on the enchanting docks of Little River, our floating restaurant.
Join us on an intentional experience in wellbeing as you explore your relationship with the natural world and create a healing shift within. At Nimmo Bay, nature is all around us and our wellness philosophy is grounded in a deep appreciation and respect for the wild. Inspired by the mountains, rainforest, and ocean, our team has crafted a powerful connection to the wilderness. This 5-day, inclusive wellness retreat will introduce you to the rhythms of nature and help balance mind, body, and soul through daily movement, breath-work, wilderness experiences, and nourishing meals. Revel in this opportunity to sink into your surroundings and welcome connection – with the wild, with each other, with yourself.

Bianca Lorage, Wellness Guide
After pursuing a degree in Psychology, and working in this field, Bianca had a desire to move from the classroom to a place where growth could be more playful and inquisitive. Today, Bianca works one-on-one and in groups to find the classroom within the space of nature, self-inquiry, and curiosity. Although she is also trained in Holistic Bodywork and Yoga, what excites her the most is simply imploring you to go inwards and to foster a deeper understanding of self. Bianca is passionate about strengthening relationships with nature and rekindling our inherent connection to it. She also believes strongly in the ability to slow down and pause in our lives, and the power that comes with this practice. It is her hope that after your Nimmo Bay journey, you walk back into your life rooted with deeper connections to your community, nature, and most importantly, yourself.
Sarah Gover, Wellness Guide
Whether Sarah’s guiding a yoga class, offering a bodywork session, or simply sitting with someone in the forest, one of her absolute favourite things is that delightfully tangible moment when a person drops into their body and into the present moment. She has taught yoga for nearly a decade, all over the world, to all forms of people, and has learned to facilitate classes that will leave anyone feeling lighter, at ease, and with a better awareness of their bodies. In a bodywork session with Sarah, she will combine a medley of modalities, to settle your nervous system, melt fascia and muscular tensions, and bring you into a state of relaxation you had forgotten was even possible. Sarah is passionate about educating people on how to find full, deep, and easeful breath, and especially loves to do so amongst the beauty of the Great Bear Rainforest.
