Devised in cooperation with the medical team of the Swiss Nescens brand, specialized in preventive healthcare and better-aging, the Nescens Boot Camp starts with a nutrition and bone & joint health check-up in order to establish a personalized program.
The daily schedule, which varies in intensity so as to meet individual goals, features:
           - at least 2 hours of Nordic walking amid stunning scenery between the sea and dense scrubland    
           - a personal training session in the garden of the villa
           - a specific spa treatment to optimize muscular recovery
           - delicious and well-balanced meals served on the terrace or by the pool
