Overall, the trip was amazing. Africa is such a beautiful country. The people were so lovely and friendly!
We have no words to describe the gorilla trekking. It was absolutely amazing. Yes, we would definitely recommend Mikeno Lodge. The food was wonderful and the cottage was very cozy.
Giraffe Manor- What can we say! We couldn't get enough of kissing the Giraffes!
The safari was super fun. Our guides were a joy to be with. It was also nice that we had the option of private dining each night. We quite enjoyed our privacy and we will never forget Bernard! Our wonderful host who made each night special for us.
Lamu was a quaint little town and we spent most of our time on Manda Island at the Majlis. The Majlis was absolutely beautiful...It was a wonderful way to end the trip.
