Dear Don and Sin Li,
I wanted to thank you again for all of the work that you did to make my February trip to Thailand and Cambodia more than memorable. I was in Vancouver just after I returned from Bangkok and stuck my head in your office door at 4th and Yew in case you were there.
Sadly not, but I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated the anticipation of every baby step that I could possibly have taken while I was away. Cambodia was unlike anything I had seen before. My guide to Angkor Wat, Mr. So, was very knowledgeable and great company. Beyond the monument itself I think the days that you organized for me at the regional school of fine arts were precious beyond measure. The dancers were exquisite and the teaching methods were very interesting. The monk who gave me the blessing was the nicest young man. I will never forget him.
Dear All,
A few weeks ago, I was in Cancun and took the opportunity to visit Maroma, A Belmond Hotel. I hadn’t seen the property for almost 35 years.
They have completed an extensive renovation and the property is spectacular.
All of the rooms and suites have been remodeled and the soft furnishings are exquisite….as are the floor tiles and mosaics on property.
Although children are welcomed, the resort has a very serene and calm feel about it. Pockets of quiet secluded areas and intimate swimming pools are perfectly positioned around the property.
The location is one of the finest beach in the area….always perfectly groomed and no seaweed to be found.
They boast an amazing in house spa that is open to outside guests as well. They promote wellness programs throughout the property.
Many of their restaurants and bars are water side and the food is very good. I enjoyed a lunch of assorted seviche. Outside guests are also welcome to dine at Maroma.
I took quite a few photos and would be happy to share more of them.
Best Regards
Pam

Hi Don and Sin
Hope all is well with you both and you are enjoying a beautiful summer! Thank you for all you did and all the changes you made to make this trip possible. Sierra and I had a magical and memorable time in Montreal. We loved getting to see the historical and vibrant city.
Hey Sin, Jess and Don,
Thanks for following up!
Honestly Japan far exceeded our expectations, what a beautiful Country with beautiful people. We have truly fallen in love with it and can’t wait to go back one day…maybe a ski holiday!
Recently, we were on a Grand Safari booked by Don @ Renshaw Travel from May 19th/22 to May 30th/22 in Kenya and Tanzania. Although we have travelled extensively in the past, this was our first safari. Prior to leaving we did have a few concerns regarding unknowns such as Covid safety protocols, quality of accommodations and food, etc.
I am so thankful you guys are my travel agents as I am to overwhelmed with everything else to shop for airplane tickets. You know you are much more than travel people. You are my friends, and that means a great deal to me. Thank you, in these unwanted times of crisis, you both came to help me.
You are more than the best, sincerely R
Thanks, Don
Hi Michele,
We are back from Peru and wanted to send you a sincere thank you for helping us organize our trip. It was indeed the trip of a lifetime and we are so grateful and appreciative of the work you did to help make it so magical.
Thank You Don
Just home from the wonderful trip you recommended to Australia with Linda SIm and David Tarrant. Not only was the trip mind blowing in it’s selection of gardens, hotels, meals ....oh the meals!...but the group was collaborative and most interesting being mainly from areas close to us. The highlight from a general perspective was Linda!
Jessica,
The arrangements you and Stephanie made were, well, in a word, flawless..
Or in another word, perfection.
You guaranteed us a balcony at Chevre d’Or. We had two balconies!
Chevre d’Or is unique, with wonderful service, breathtaking views, yet very welcoming and friendly.
The first night there was a spectacular fireworks display at Cap Ferrat…we had the perfect vantage point from which to enjoy.
Hello Jessica,
Ron and I just left the little hotel in Villabuena that you so kindly booked for us. We drove in from San Sebastián, it was a 2 hour drive through the prettiest countryside I have ever seen. Very mountainous, lots of small Spanish villages perched on the hill sides. Through a very long tunnel to a completely different landscape.
Jessica,
Barb and I want to thank both of you for your help in organizing our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting Portugal again, after 32 years. All of the arrangements made by you worked out perfectly. Travelling across the Atlantic in business class was a real treat, for which you deserve special thanks.
Overall, we were pleased with our itinerary: 8 days in Lisbon (with day trips to Evora, Sintra, etc), 2 days in Coimbra, and 4 in Porto, including our tour up the Douro valley. We felt we were able to see most of the major sights with days that were full, but not exhaustingly so.
Thank you again.
D & B
